2025“海洋哺乳动物保护”创意设计国际邀请展

党的二十届三中全会着重指出，需推动人与自然和谐共存。为此，为深化海洋哺乳动物的科学普及，引导公众树立海洋生态文明理念，组委会特此向全球设计师发出诚挚邀请，邀请大家围绕中华白海豚、斑海豹、布氏鲸、东亚江豚等海洋哺乳动物的保护主题，开展创意设计创作。

一、主题内容

诚邀海内外设计师征集中华白海豚、斑海豹、布氏鲸、东亚江豚等海洋哺乳动物的保护主题创意设计作品。

二、作品呈现方式

1. 短视频、动画作品

以中华白海豚、斑海豹、布氏鲸、东亚江豚等海洋哺乳动物保护宣传为主题开展宣传视频、动画片制作。作品时长在3分钟以内，统一输出为MP4格式，画幅宽高比16:9或者竖屏9:16，分辨率不低于1920*1080，码率不低于4mbps。

2.海报作品

以中华白海豚、斑海豹、布氏鲸、东亚江豚等海洋哺乳动物保护宣传为主题开展公益科普海报。

3.AI创作作品

以中华白海豚、斑海豹、布氏鲸、东亚江豚等海洋哺乳动物保护宣传为主题开展AI创作。作品类型不限，可以是AI影视创作、AI视觉设计、AI交互艺术等。

4.摄影作品

以中华白海豚、斑海豹、布氏鲸、东亚江豚等海洋哺乳动物保护宣传为主题开展摄影创作。作品单张照片宽度需大于500px，组照在2.5 M至20M之间。

三、创作要求

1.创意设计作品要符合社会主义核心价值观，兼具时代性、艺术性、创新性。

2.创意作品要求突出海洋哺乳动物保护宣传主题，设计元素恰当融入海洋保护、水生野生动物保护等元素，能起到科普宣传及教育引导的作用。

四、展览征集方式

1.定向邀请国内高校教师/设计师150名，国外设计师50名；

2.向社会公开征集50名。

五、文件提交要求

1. 短视频、动画作品时长在3分钟以内，画幅宽高比16:9或者竖屏9:16，分辨率不低于1920*1080，码率不低于4mbps。

2. 海报作品规格要求：CMYK模式70x100cm,RGB模式21×29.7cm，均为JPG格式，分辨率300dpi.

3. AI创作作品可以是AI影视创作、AI视觉设计、AI交互艺术等。

4. 摄影作品需为JPG格式，单张照片宽度需大于500px，组照在2.5 M至20M之间。

5.作品命名：姓名+作品+单位+邀请/征集；

6.参展表格+生活照1张；

2025International Invitational Exhibition for Creative Designs on Marine Mammal Conservation

The Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee emphasized the need to promote harmonious coexistence between humanity and nature. To this end, and in order to deepen the popularization of science related to marine mammals and guide the public in establishing the concept of marine ecological civilization, the organizing committee hereby extends a sincere invitation to designers worldwide to engage in creative design projects centered on the conservation of marine mammals such as the Chinese White Dolphin, Spotted Seal, Bryde’s Whale, and East Asian Finless Porpoise.

I. Theme Content

Designers from both domestic and international backgrounds are cordially invited to submit creative design works focused on the conservation of marine mammals such as the Chinese White Dolphin, Spotted Seal, Bryde’s Whale, and East Asian Finless Porpoise.

II. Presentation Forms of Works

1. Short Videos and Animations

Production of promotional videos and animations centered on the conservation of marine mammals such as the Chinese White Dolphin, Spotted Seal, Bryde’s Whale, and East Asian Finless Porpoise. Works should be within 3 minutes in length, uniformly output in MP4 format, with an aspect ratio of 16:9 or vertical screen 9:16, a resolution no lower than 1920*1080, and a bitrate no lower than 4mbps.

2. Poster Works

Creation of public science posters centered on the conservation of marine mammals such as the Chinese White Dolphin, Spotted Seal, Bryde’s Whale, and East Asian Finless Porpoise.

3. AI Creation Works

Engagement in AI creation centered on the conservation of marine mammals such as the Chinese White Dolphin, Spotted Seal, Bryde’s Whale, and East Asian Finless Porpoise. The types of works are not limited and can include AI film production, AI visual design, AI interactive art, etc.

4. Photography Works

Photographic creation centered on the conservation of marine mammals such as the Chinese White Dolphin, Spotted Seal, Bryde’s Whale, and East Asian Finless Porpoise. Works should be in JPG format, with the width of a single photo exceeding 500px and a series of photos ranging from 2.5M to 20M in size.

III. Creation Requirements

1. Creative design works should align with socialist core values and possess contemporary relevance, artistic quality, and innovation.

2. Creative works are required to highlight the theme of marine mammal conservation and appropriately integrate design elements related to marine protection and aquatic wildlife conservation, serving the purpose of science popularization and educational guidance.

IV. Exhibition Solicitation Methods

1. Specifically invite 150 university teachers/designers from China and 50 foreign designers.

2. Openly solicit 50 entries from the public.

V. Document Submission Requirements

1. Short videos and animations should be within 3 minutes in duration, with an aspect ratio of 16:9 or vertical screen 9:16, a resolution of no less than 1920*1080, and a bitrate of no less than 4mbps.

2. Poster specifications: 70x100cm in CMYK mode and 21×29.7cm in RGB mode, both in JPG format with a resolution of 300dpi.

3. AI creations can include AI film and television production, AI visual design, AI interactive art, etc.

4. Photographic works should be in JPG format, with the width of a single photo exceeding 500px and a series of photos ranging from 2.5M to 20M in size.

5. Naming of works: Name + Work + Institution + Invitation/Solicitation.

6. Submission of an exhibition form and one life photo.
